What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your internet-abled device (e.g. personal computer, smartphone etc.) when you visit a website. This small piece of data contains information that is transferred to your device. This information is sent back to the website on each subsequent visit, and thus, the cookie allows the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time. A cookie enables the website to identify the device on which it is stored, until such cookie reaches its expiry date.
Cookies do not damage your device and cannot deliver viruses. They are not able to run automatically. Furthermore, cookies do not collect any information on your device or in your personal files.
How and why does Ageas use cookies?
The deposit of cookies by Ageas Sites enhances your online experience by allowing Ageas to save your preferences for your next visit.
